Nutrition & gut health support · Seattle and virtual

Find the level of support that fits where you are.

I offer two structured 1:1 programs: Nutritional & Lifestyle Support and Gut Fix. Both are tailored to your needs, symptoms, goals, and the place you’re starting from.

The work may begin with practical nutrition and daily routines, or with a closer look at persistent digestive symptoms. We’ll decide together what makes sense for you.

Nutritional & Lifestyle Support

3 MONTHS6 MONTHS

Personalized nutrition and lifestyle support for people who want to feel better, build a stronger foundation, or make changes that hold up in everyday life. We can focus on food, digestion, energy, habits, and the routines that support your goals.

We may work on

  • Food choices, meal structure, and nutrition patterns
  • Digestive support and everyday symptoms
  • Habits and routines that fit your schedule and capacity
  • Practical next steps, with time to apply and refine them
Where we begin depends on you. Your symptoms, priorities, and readiness help shape the starting point and pace. The 3- or 6-month timeframe is chosen around what you want to work on and the support that will help you do it.

Gut Fix

4 MONTHS6 MONTHS

For persistent digestive distress or concerns that call for a more thorough look. Gut Fix includes the nutrition and lifestyle foundations, alongside assessment and testing to help us understand contributing factors and build a focused plan.

The work may include

  • Initial assessment, symptom patterns, and a Food & Mood Journal
  • GI-MAP and MRT testing, with time to understand the process and results
  • A personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocol
  • Guidance as you put the protocol into practice and adjust it
The protocol itself is planned for about three months. The first month allows time for assessment, preparation, testing, results, and protocol design. Four months is the usual minimum; six months allows a longer runway when the client’s needs and starting point call for it.
TALK THROUGH YOUR STARTING POINT

The length is only part of the decision.

Two people can choose the same program and still begin in different places. Symptoms, priorities, daily demands, and how equipped you feel to work on the issues all matter.

We’ll talk through what is happening now and what you have capacity to take on. From there, we can decide where to start, what support is appropriate, and whether three, four, or six months gives the work enough room.

You don’t need to know the right program before we talk. We’ll make that decision together.

How to get started

We’ll work out the next step together.

Start with a conversation about what you’re experiencing and what you want help with. From there, we can decide what kind of support fits.
