For a more comprehensive program, begin with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call. We’ll talk about your goals, questions, and which program may be appropriate.
If we decide to explore a package, the next step is a paid Initial Consultation: a detailed review of your health history, symptoms, patterns, and assessments. We’ll use that conversation to develop a personalized roadmap. Afterward, you can decide whether you’d like to move forward with a program.
